Credential A: Amp Up your Programs:
Develop a strong foundation for programs that maximize student impact. We will provide a framework for program development across various technical fields, covering outcome definition, audience identification, standards alignment, and risk mitigation. Staff, Faculty, Graduate students, and Individual Contributors are invited to join us as we discuss these topics for new project development.
Credential B: Make the Most of Internal College Relationships:
A session designed for program leaders and directors focused on maximizing scholarly and program impact through strategic leadership relationships. We will discuss methods for securing administrative support, developing campus partnerships to leverage grant writing, and techniques for increasing scholarly contributions based on program outcomes.
